The Drakensberg and Natal Midlands are famous for the wide range of guest farm accommodation. Generally most guest farms have a simple, rustic and personal style where the hosts integrate you into the family. Luxury up market places like Cleopatra Mountain Farm house, a guest farm offering stunning service but alas you will find yourself forking out upwards of R500 per person a night. Most guest farm accommodation establishments charge between R150 and R300 per person per night some even offer mid week specials too. Kids under 12 are normally half price. There is something available for everyone.
